H&L Construction, who was low bidder on the Elmore County Commission’s most recent bridge replacement projects, is closing in on completion of their items of work on Ingram Rd. Within the next week, the County anticipates being able to begin the approach work at each concrete box culvert. The County’s continued goal is to have Ingram Road open back to traffic prior to the start of school. As always with road and bridge projects, weather plays a major factor in the timely execution of projects.
