On October 11th and 12th, the Elmore County Highway Department hosted engineering and maintenance staff from across the state. The two day event allowed personnel from every county in the state and many cities the opportunity to see a number of new pieces of equipment as well as an opportunity to share ideas.
The event featured two specific machines that are new to the US market and offer many unique, cost saving features. Events like these allow local governments to inspect and test out the various features of the equipment in order to determine whether or not they can become a valuable tool in providing services for our citizens.
