State Laboratory and Training Facility Coming to Prattville/Elmore County

The construction of a new Laboratory and Training Facility by the Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) was announced this morning. The facilities will be located within the Elmore County portion of the City of Prattville.  The investment will include nearly 200 new health care jobs for this area and thousands of training attendees in the future.  Chairman Troy Stubbs said, “The members of Elmore County Commission welcome the Alabama Department of Public Health to the community. We also thank the City of Prattville for the partnership we enjoy now and moving forward.”
