Elmore County Highway Department employees Chris Welch and Barry Smith were recognized at Monday night’s County Commission meeting for their commitment to the ACCA/ACEA motorgrader training program. Chris and Barry served as field instructors training motorgrader operators from counties across the state.
Their dedication is deeply appreciated by the Elmore County Commission.
