Elmore County’s Chief Engineer and Operations Officer, Richie Beyer, was recently selected to serve on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Counties (NACo). Richie will represent the National Association of County Engineers (NACE). As a member of the NACo Board, he will help direct the strategic goals, policies and priorities of the national association, as well as oversee its policies, business and property.
