The Elmore County Commission is proud to announce that Mr. Keith Barnett has been selected to head the County’s Emergency Management Agency. Coupled with our existing staff members, volunteer resources and first responders, we look for our county EMA efforts to continue to provide quality services to the citizens of Elmore County. Mr. Barnett comes to county service with over 24 years’ experience in the public safety arena.
