County Commission Chairman Troy Stubbs and Commissioner Bart Mercer recently attended the Association of County Commissions of Alabama’s Legislative Conference. Participants heard from state legislators and subject experts on a myriad of topics. Key topics included priorities for the upcoming session including increased funding for roads and bridges, prisons and the 2020 Census.
