During the December 10, 2018 Commission Meeting, the Elmore County Sheriff, Bill Franklin, presented Commissioner Mack Daugherty along with three others a Certificate of Excellence for their volunteer service efforts. Sheriff Franklin stated that these four volunteers have a combined 135 years of service to our county.
