County Engineers from the Rebuild Alabama Implementation Team met recently with the National Center for Asphalt Technology to discuss innovative treatments and quality assurance. Counties are working collectively to ensure the infrastructure resources generated through the Rebuild Alabama Act are utilized to their maximum extent. Elmore County Chief Engineer & Operations Officer Richie Beyer and Deputy Chief Engineer Luke McGinty have represented the county in these efforts.
