Get Involved in Your Community’s Preparedness – Week 4 #BeReady #PrepareNow #NatlPrep

There are several ways to be involved in community preparedness.  Here are just a few ways you can be active in your community when it comes to disasters:

Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) or Teen CERT; take classes in lifesaving skills, such as CPR/AED and first aid; check in with neighbors to see how you can help each other out before and after a storm.  If you have questions or need additional information about volunteering in the community, please contact the Elmore County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) at (334) 567-6451.
