The November 25th, 2019 Commission meeting marked a first for the Elmore County Commission and Elmore County Board of Education (BOE). The Commission presented Superintendent Richard Dennis with the first month’s allocation of the Simplified Sellers Use Tax (SSUT). The Commission decided with the adoption of the FY 2020 County Budget to suballocate 25% of the County’s SSUT proceeds to assist the BOE. The Commission values the importance of a great education system in the county and appreciates the partnerships it continues to foster with our BOE.
