Elmore County Commission staff attended the Association of County Commissions of Alabama’s (ACCA) District Meeting in Chamber County on Thursday night to hear about major issuses expected to impact counties during the 2020 Legislative session. Some topics of discussion were prison reform, mental health, Simplified Sellers Use Tax (SSUT), broadband, and rural health care.
