The Fields at Seventeen Springs project has seen a flurry of activity behind the scenes since the partnership made the project announcement in late July. Governing documents, clearing and construction storm water planning and requests for proposals to find an architectural partner to join the design team have all been handled. Yesterday, the partnership conducted interviews with the final three firms who have potential to join our design team. Current design team members, Dalhoff Thomas and Krebs, have been working on tasks to prepare for the finalization of the design team and production of construction documents. County forces will begin clearing operations soon on the project property while design work for phase one continues to progress.
