Elmore County’s Emergency Management Agency’s Director Keith Barnett recently attended the National Emergency Management Basic Academy and completed requisite courses at the Emergency Management Institute. The County Commission wants to congratulate Mr. Barnett for his accomplishments in completing this training course.
