During the County Commission meeting on July 26, 2021, the Association of County Commissions of Alabama (ACCA) and the Elmore County Commission recognized Representative Reed Ingram for his efforts in the passage of the Employee Retirement Systems Board Legislation and Police Jurisdiction Legislation during the 2021 Legislative Session.
