The county’s contractor is preparing to mobilize to Rifle Range Road to replace the bridge over Goodwater Creek with a quadruple barrel 16’X14’ concrete box culvert. The County anticipates construction signs being installed in the coming days once utilities are located. The contractor plans to remove the existing bridge to construct the new box culvert with Rifle Range Road to be closed at the existing bridge for an estimated time of 5 to 6 months, weather permitting. The project will have a signed detour utilizing Ware Road, Redland Road and Rock Springs Road to bypass the work area.
