During the August 8, 2022 Commission Meeting, the Elmore County Commission approved a resolution proclaiming August 22, 2022 H.O.M.E.S Day: Home Ownership Means Economic Success. Delta Sigma Theta Sorority’s Montgomery chapter which serves Autauga, Elmore, and Montgomery Counties was chartered in 1937 and is celebrating 85 years of service.
