Elmore County has activated the Association of County Commissions of Alabama’s (ACCA) joint bid for debris removal and monitoring contracts. The county’s debris removal contractor will begin the first pass of removing debris from the county’s right-of-ways on Monday, January 30, 2023. The removal operations will begin in the Lightwood area of the county first.
