During their June 12, 2023 commission meeting, the Elmore County Commission approved a proclamation that recognizes June 15th as World Elder Abuse Awareness Day. The County Commission wants to sincerly thank the Elmore County Department of Human Resources for recognizing the importance of raising awareness, preventing and addressing elder abuse.
