During the August 14th Commission Meeting, the Elmore County Commission approved a resolution honoring the accomplishments of the Tallassee City School Anglers for winning the 2023 Alabama Student Angler Bass Fishing Association (ASABFA) Smallmouth Division Team State Championship and being named the ASABFA 2023 Team of the Year in the Smallmouth Division.
