The joint City/County Collection Facility will be closed to the public Thursday, November 23 and Saturday, November 25, 2023.  The facility is scheduled to reopen Tuesday, November 28 at 7:00am.  Regular hours of operation are listed here. We apologize for the brief interruption of access to this service, and we wish you and your family a wonderful holiday season.

Arrow Disposal Services, Inc. (ADSI) will not be operating in Elmore County on Thursday, November 23, 2023 due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Collection routes will run one day behind with operations resuming Friday, November 24th and running through Saturday, November 25th.

During the November 13th Commission Meeting, the Elmore County Commission approved a resolution honoring the accomplishments of the Edgewood Academy Wildcats Varsity Volleyball team for winning the the 2023 Alabama Independent School Association (AISA) Class AA State Volleyball Championship.
